Geese and Cherry Tree

The trunk of the cherry tree establishes the central fulcrum of the composition. The branches appear to fly out and whirl around a central pivot like the spokes of a wheel. The sky too is alive with white calligraphic darts and dashes around the areas of blue. The background is also punctuated by the yellow faces of the sunflowers and the red cherries hanging on the tree or fallen on the ground. And the six geese will enjoy the harvest. Some of them have visibly retained some cherry in the crop where it will marinate and leave them intoxicated.
